The U.S.-Mexico Border Health Month (BHM), previously referred to as Border Bi-national Health Week prior to 2016, take place during the month of October. During this month on both sides of the US/MX boarder a number of health related events and activities are held.
BHM's goal is to promote sustainable partnerships between governments, NGOs and businesses that can address border health challenges through increased community and inter-agency networking relationships, information sharing, educational opportunities and raised awareness of the BHC and other state and local initiatives.
